Method

Reports are prepared under Part 35 of the Civil Procedure Rules and Practice Direction 35. My duty is to help the court, and it overrides my obligation to whoever instructs or pays me.

Where a report relies on published evidence or a guideline, I check the source rather than quote it from memory.

Standard reports in two weeks from the appointment where records are complete;

 

Complex reports in four weeks.

Clinical Examinations at Spire Southampton, or within a hundred miles of it, London included.
